Review work from an agent

Agent work is a candidate until a person accepts it. Review the content, not only the agent's summary.

Review a local result

  1. Open Changes.
  2. Compare each changed file with its starting version.
  3. Check the task requirements.
  4. Check for unwanted edits, private data, credentials, and destructive actions.
  5. Run the required tests or validation.
  6. Select Keep or Discard.

Keeping a local result does not send it outside the project.

Release a result

Use release when the result must go to another person, team, or system.

Before approval, confirm:

  • the exact files and version;
  • the recipient;
  • the purpose;
  • the model provider and data used;
  • all people who must approve;
  • the target system; and
  • whether the action can be reversed.

GaugeDesk blocks release until the required approvals exist. If the content changes, review the new content again.

Results held for review

Some outputs remain held until a person approves them. Do not copy held content around the review with another tool.

Results from a website agent

Downloaded website results enter quarantine. Check the source deployment, published version, schema, size, and content before you allow the result into a project.

Success check

The review is complete when the accepted content matches the reviewed content, the required checks pass, and the audit record identifies the decision.
